Marilyn and her dedicated staff passionately serve their clients in Boerne and the surrounding areas. Since 1998 they have focused on helping people translate dreams and capture opportunities in Real Estate. Marilyn's previous teaching and 20 years of business experience in customer service and marketing is a major benefit to her clients.

Her husband, Phillip, a licensed real estate agent specializing in commercial real estate often assists her with that superior service her clients enjoy. Beverly McCormick Beverly McCormick and her husband and 2 children have lived in Boerne for almost 10 years. Three days after joining Marilyn in 2006, Beverly realized there is more to buying and selling real estate than just showing a few pretty houses. The slogan of Smith Barney, where Beverly worked in Dallas before moving to the Hill Country, best describes her mission statement. "We make money the Old Fashion Way, We earn it!"
